Daily Program

Sunrise – 60 minutes physical of training

Either Hiking, Running, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial Arts or Cross-training

08h00-09h00: Breakfast – Self-service
09h30: Team strategy session. Working on projects, plus other admin duties such as research, emails and phone calls
11h30: Input from Gap Year guides and finalize day strategy
12h30 -13h30: Lunch break
13h30 -15h00 Project implementation.
15h00-18h00 Activity for the day
18h00 -19h00 Dinner made with team effort.
19h00-20h00 Sunset – Games, poetry session, art class, music class.
20h00 Free Time
Saturday evenings team barbeque time or well known as a ‘braai” in South Africa. Enjoy the evening, socializing.
Sundays Free day, time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
