Challenge Week

The programme includes a Challenge Week with a series of physical and mental challenges designed to build self-confidence, leadership ability and encourage teamwork. This week will be a test of your will power and endurance, pushing you beyond what you thought yourself capable of.

Challenge week includes:

  • Long hikes
  • Obstacle course
  • Survival course including survival techniques, map reading and orienteering
  • Self-defence
  • Abseiling and “kloofing” (canyoning)
  • First aid
  • Basic fire-fighting
  • Basic water rescue
